With all the stress entering his junior year in high school such as looking for colleges, or worrying about the SAT’s, Kyle Maley has to add one more, editor of the high school newspaper. It all started his freshman year, when he had his first English teacher. He enjoyed her fun spirit and the respect that she gave to all her students and in return he has significant respect for his English teacher.
Maley believes that his English teacher’s attitude gets result in her class and in the school. His English teacher is the teacher of his journalism class, one of his favorite classes but very hard work, he had to go around his school and interview the faculty and staff of his school for his class and for the “Lancer Spirit”.
Maley said that he is looking forward to working with the 15 staff members of the newspaper staff, five juniors and 10 seniors. Maley was a reporter his sophomore year and had to apply to become the editor of the news section of his high school paper. He can not wait to do his job in the fall.
